When we started Technology Shops at the start of the new millennium we had a simple aim - To provide IT support to local companies who are looking for a fast solution to IT issues, coupled with an understanding of their Business needs.

Over the years we have built our business on this philosophy and have not only gained customers, and whilst is might sound corny, have made many new friends along the way.

95% of Technology Shops business is a direct result of referrals from existing clients, so we think we might be doing something right.

Our customers quickly get to understand that our job is to help them understand what technology can do for their business and solve problems. Unlike some computer and software suppliers we understand that not everyone is comfortable with technology. Not everyone in business understands the "techno talk" and jargon that is used, but Directors and Managers don't want to admit they don't really understand. that's why they ask for our advice. We try to lay out Technology options in terms business people understand and try to cut through the jargon.
